How a Pre-Physical Coherence Field
Unifies Dark Matter and Dark Energy

The standard cosmological model (ΛCDM) attributes 95% of the universe’s energy content to dark matter and dark energy—entities that have eluded direct detection for over 40 years.

We present DEBA (Deterministic Emergence By Actualization), a predictive theoretical framework proposing that these phenomena are not separate physical substances, but complementary manifestations of a single pre-physical coherence field s(x,τ).

Unlike ΛCDM’s particle-based dark matter and mysterious cosmological constant, DEBA derives all observable « dark sector » effects from geometric and organizational properties of this coherence field.

Dark matter emerges as spatial gradients ∇s, while dark energy arises from temporal adaptation

The theory introduces a fifth dimension—the actualization parameter τ—representing organizational transitions from a Primordial Void substrate.

This framework makes falsifiable predictions for Euclid, JWST, and upcoming surveys, naturally explains persistent anomalies (CMB asymmetries, H₀ tension, primordial vorticity), and resolves the null results of direct dark matter searches by removing the need for exotic particles.

We present the complete mathematical formalism: Lagrangian action, field equations, perturbation analysis, and observational signatures.

The theory is ready for numerical implementation and empirical validation.
