DEBA — Cosmology by Stochastic Actualization

What if physics did not precede the universe — but emerged from it ?

DEBA proposes a radical departure from standard cosmology. The fundamental substrate is not space, not time, not energy — but a Primordial Void: a discrete measured space, timeless, acausal, non-metric. From this void, universe bubbles emerge as concentrations of coherence, each generating its own physical laws, constants, and spacetime from within.

Three original concepts structure the theory:

The Actualization Principle — every configuration with non-zero probability is realised. The Void is a static reservoir of all possibles. There is no « when », no « then » — only ontological order.

Organisational Black Holes — two classes of coherence attractors: Type I (internal fluctuation) and Type II (inter-bubble interface), each with falsifiable astrophysical signatures: double FRB pulses, gravitational wave spectral lines, CMB multipole alignments.

③ The Coherence Field Equation — a Yukawa-type field equation governs the propagation of coherence inside each bubble. Excess gravitational effects — dark matter — emerge naturally as coherence gradients, without exotic particles.

Two CMB anomalies unexplained by ΛCDM find a precise organisational origin in DEBA: the Cold Spot (fossil trace of an inter-bubble overlap) and the Axis of Evil (residual directional stretching). The full Euclid data (October 2026) will provide a first decisive test.
